Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing all check-in and check-out tasks (software-based)
2. Handling incoming calls (sales) and outgoing calls (B2B)
3. Working on lead generation
4. Handling queries of the guests
5. Liaising with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs
Must have:
1. Laptop
