About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist sous chef in the food preparation process in compliance with health & safety practices
2. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food plating
3. Ensure innovation in preparation & presentation
4. Implement mise en place technique
5. Help with deliveries and restocking
6. Work closely with other departments
7. Ensure zero wastage by following SOPs
