Job Designation: House Acquisition Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developed business in assigned area by ensuring continuous addition of good quality houses to Nestaway platform.
- Follow independent owner leads and close the deal - Pitch about the company policies and sell the service to the owner.
- Verification of the location of the house before on-boarding the property.
- Develop additional channels by coordinate with Area Partners to attain new houses from the area designated to them.
Pre-Requisites (Educational Qualification and Experience):
- Experience 0-2 years.
- Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization).
- Good communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable.
- Salary-2.7 LPA to 3 LPA (Salary is not a constraint for right candidates)
