v Employees full profiles, etc.
v Pay roll preparation, Consolidation of pay roll and processing it for all level of employees
v Over time calculation & processing.
v Preparation of MIS report consisting of manpower strength, training man days, & absenteeism detail reports analyzing for review.
v Adding and deletion of New and Left Employees
v Handling payroll related Issues
STATUTORY & IR RELATED
v Generating of PF & ESI reports
v Maintaining records related to IOF
v Maintain relationship with government officers like IOF, PF, ESI etc.,
v Industrial Officer, PCB, Inspector of Factories, Health department, Fire officer
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
v Engaging of Contract agencies
v Recruiting of contract employees
v Preparing of contractor wages around 200 labours
v Checking of PF, ESI, Service tax challans with the agencies
ADMINISTRATION:
v Air Ticket Booking
v Transport
v Manpower Issues
v Welfare measures
v Staff uniform, T-shirts, Shoes, ID Card etc.,
v Arranging of get to gather
v Purchase of Stationery & Housekeeping Items
