Hr Admin Cum Accountant
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
This is a full-time role and is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn. The desired applicant will be responsible for Indian accounting outcomes including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements in accordance with workflow and client's needs.
The role includes but is not limited to the following: -
- Daily Client dealing and communication and managing work.
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
Required Candidate profile:
- Fresher or Experienced CA/ICWA/MBA/Inter CA/Mcom from Chennai City only.
- Extremely high proficiency in English. We need only candidates with excellent spoken and written English
- Must be Good in Accounting concepts
- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
.- Excellent attention to detail.
- Perform supplier reconciliation
- Maintain the general ledge
- Debtors & Creditors management.
- Preparation of various types of MIS reports
- Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT and outward remittances.
- Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation
for all Ledger Accounts
- Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
- Preparation of Overall Creditors & Debtors Ageing Report related to Hotels, Air, Train and Admin vendors based on Books.
- Downloading of bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
- Record banking transactions.
- Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Timings - 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Including 01 hour of lunch -) Location -Chennai
05 Days Working Initial 03 to 06 Months of Training (During Training Saturday are working to complete your training rapidly, it is salaried based training.
