Job Description
The HR cum Accounts executive we are looking for will be able to handle personnel and administrative activities as well as support the Accounts Department in day to day work.
HR responsibilities will include –
- Handling queries, book keeping related to statutory compliance
- Sourcing candidates when needed, screening candidates and coordination for follow-on rounds
- Records maintenance with respect to taxation, calculating and tax and filing
- Helping the new joinees to complete on boarding process.
Accounting responsibilities will include -
- General Accounting - Journal Entries and Reconciliation in Tally
- Followup for collection of statutory forms
- Travel and Expense maintenance
- Maintaining personal files, calculating and maintaining and employee emoluments
Desired profile
- Commerce graduate with knowledge of Tally with interest + some experience in HR. Should have good people skills and ability to support the Accounts Department as needed
