Job Description

- Joining formalities to be completed of new employees

- Managing Attendance & Payroll of employees

- Calculating the salaries, generating bank statements.

- Data update in Payroll Software

- Generating Reports like PF / ESI / PT/ IT

- Support in back office work

- Providing general administrative support to HR department

- Recruitment and selection of staff

- Preparation of HR related letters letters

- Manage employee related issues

- HR P-file handling, attendance and leave management

- Employees’ personal data file up keeping

- Handle the maintenance of factory facilities and up keeping of office equipment

- Courses registration & pass applications and update record accordingly

- Any other adhoc work
