Job Description
Looking for Hr Recruiter willing to work in our organization.
Candidate profile:
- Good communication Skill in English.
- Should have convincing and analyzing Skill.
- Work Experience or Knowledge in the HR-Recruitment in Non-IT sector (BPO).
- should be aggressive, Self Motive & confident.
- Should be passionate towards work & learning new things.
Experience: Minimum 6 Month - 3 Years in ITES / BPO Recruitment.
Timing: Monday- Saturday (9.30 am to 6.30 pm).
- Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating / maintaining Internal Database etc.
- Analyze requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.
- Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.
