Job Description
We have an opening for HR Associate with energetic, interactive and good communication skills. Knowledge of IT industry would be PLUS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the Job description
- To Call up Potential Candidates and do the initial screening/ preliminary round.
- Schedule face to face interviews as per convenience of Interview Panel.
- Ensuring to follow up on entire interview process.
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle.
- Aggressively following up with candidates to get their interviews done.
- Managing Joining Formalities.
- Target oriented.
- Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be aware of varied sources of IT recruitment
Location : Sarjapur Road, Bangalore
Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - HR – preferred)
- Experience : 0 – 8 months in IT Recruitment
- High level of initiative, enthusiasm and confidence
Skill Required:
- Smart and passion for startups
- Good communication Skills
- Hard working
- Must have experience or knowledge on Compliances
- Diligent
- Ability to take responsibilities
