Work time and Location:

Candidates will work from Monday to Friday during the PST timezone out of our office located in Bommanahallli, Bangalore.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Passion for working in the US IT Staffing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing, handling end-end Recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical skills
• Good Team player quick leaner and self-starter
• Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Candidates must be expert in sourcing, screening, shortlisting the suitable candidate.
• Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.
• Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
• Excellent command over English (BOTH spoken and written).
• Expertise in working on W2, C2C and 1099.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with Tekarch’s account managers to understand client needs and account dynamics.
• Interact with Clients to understand the candidate’s requirement.
• Source, tele-interview and select suitable applicants for various technical positions.
• Review applicant resumes and Match applicants to job openings.
• Support Candidates for Resume Building.
• List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites and other possible channels to build the candidate base.
• Call applicants and perform phone screens.
• Gather details and negotiate salaries.
• Submitting appropriate resume to the clients as per the requirement so as to facilitate interviews
• Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and the interview schedules.
• Follow up with the Candidates and Clients to close the position.
• Check references.
• Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
• Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
• Handling entire End-to- End recruitment process.
• Keep track of all applications file away important notations such as gender, race, and ethnicity.
• Communication skills and effective interpersonal abilities—including solid presentation abilities as well as exceptional documentation management skills.
• New Clients Acquisition.

Experience working with US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, EAD, EAD-L2, OPT and TN Visa holders is an added advantage
