Job Description
- Coordinate all recruiting activities including, sourcing, advertising, networking, screening, scheduling and interviewing.
- Running the walk-ins and other on-campus recruitment activities to get the best of candidates.
- Work with management and senior technical personnel of Clients to determine resource needs and position requirements
- Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates through the effective management of relationships with candidates. Partner with other recruiting consulting firms in order to keep their attention focused on our placements.
- Facilitate interviews and coordinate interview schedules of candidates with management or technical personnel, including occasional travel arrangements if needed.
