Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Admin Assistant (AA) shall handle all office administration matters to support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the State Office and operations of the eVIN Project.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Helping in the maintenance of a database of trainers and other resource persons;
(2) Assisting in the organizing of Training of Trainer (TOT) workshops, sensitization workshops, and technical training at the state and district levels, as well as refresher training, at regular intervals;
(3) Undertaking field visits for the conduct of training, for approx. seven to ten days, every month;
(4) Supporting the Administrative Officer in making arrangements for training venues, training kits, meals, disbursement of TA/ DA/ HA claims of participants, etc.;
(5) Preparing draft reports in respect of each training conducted;
(6) Performing any other tasks related to planning and/or implementation of capacity building/ administration.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Applicants must be graduates from a reputed University/ Institution.
Experience:
(1) Minimum three to four years’ work experience in managing the functions of administration and office operations;
(2) Experience in providing administrative support, along with good knowledge of office systems and procedures.
Skills and Attributes:
(1) Good communication skills;
(2) Enthusiastic, self-driven and highly motivated;
(3) Strong analytical and negotiating skills;
(4) Proficient in computers with good knowledge of MS Office software package;
(5) Self-disciplined and focused on deliverables.
COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Offers to selected candidates shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
(Notes: Candidates shall be working on the payroll of SAMS, a leading HR Agency for the public health and development sectors in India. Travel, lodging, and boarding expenses shall be extra, as per company policy).
