Job Description
- Should be able to source Resumes from job portals like - naukri, times jobs, monster etc.
- Sourcing & screening the resume.
- Initial phone screening of candidates.
- Short listing the candidates as per requirements.
- Regular follow-up is must.
- Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected candidates.
- Should possess good communication skills.
