Job Description
- Involved in End to End recruitment.
- Freshers or 6 Months experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have their own laptop.
- Client Interaction.
- Fully involvement in Recruitment lifecycle, coordinating, interviewing, and negotiation of compensation packages with final select candidate
- Proficient in sourcing profiles for Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Internal Databases, other resources etc.
- Handling end to end staffing and resource activities for Contract Positions/Contract Staffing.
- Work closely with internal customers to understand business and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills
Sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals and also generating leads through referencing.
Having a telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them technically and also from HR point of view.
Interview scheduling, follow-up and co-ordination with the client.
Having final HR discussion after technical rounds to confirm on selected candidates joining, salary negotiation.
