There was a time when India was sufficiently rich in its business, trade and services of history, but over a period of time the richness got distracted because of various factors of time and history.

Time has come up where India is one of the most emerging market of the world and the entire world is having its eye for business and trade on it. Our nation is having the largest youth population of the world with a great intellectual team of individuals, ample amount of natural resources and of course the current attention of the world towards India.

Question is, where are we ? what are our strength? how organized we are? are we really giving justice to our human and natural resources? How international organizations are taking advantages of our resources based upon their money power? And many more questions, which compel us to introspect ourselves and our country as a whole.

There are many issues in front of us as a country today, such as unorganized format of almost all businesses in the country, acute Balance of Payment situation, great imbalance between unemployment and opportunities of jobs, speedy migration of population from rural India, talent flee to overseas, issues of professionalism and various code of conduct at various area of our life, business and society and so on and many more issues to list.

At the same time many of Indian started feeling and/or dreaming for India to be the next SUPER POWER. But, we need to think that how can it be possible? What are the initiatives required to assist the country to reach at this level and honour?

Commercially businesses and professions are the two key integral part of any country, which ultimately gives success and economy mileage in the world.

In India, profession in almost every sphere of life is critical alike any other country. Professionals, either from ethical framework or natural skill sets are playing an important role in commercial life of the country. Surprisingly, the services sector is the largest sector of India. Gross Value Added (GVA) at current prices for services sector is estimated at 61.18 lakh crore INR in 2014-15. Services sector accounts for 52.97% of total India's GVA of 115.50 lakh crore Indian rupees. But are we serious enough to take this as a power of the country? (Source: ……)

Whether there is a common platform available with us to accumulate these energies, capabilities and skill sets to utilize them to support and contribute to and for the country to get recognize as a leaders in Global Scenario? The answer is NO.
