Job Description
- Dealing with routine Admin work like: Maintaining correspondence through mails, calls with clients, vendors and staff
- Handling requests and queries via calls and mails
- Making travel arrangement, Vendor Management, etc
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Booking conference halls, rooms facilities
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, equipment and stationeries
- Managing invoices and budgets
- Providing general support to visitors and guests
- Creating and maintaining filing system, database, reports in excel, word
- Maintaining a detailed weekly tracker of the activities
- Prioritizing the work according to the urgency
- Organizing and sorting the bills and documents accordingly on the daily basis
