Job Description
- Create, Maintain and Distribute Employee Documents.- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.- Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.- Recruitment/New Hire Process.- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.- Scheduling job interviews.- Conducting employment enrollment process.- Setting appointments and arranging meetings.- Maintaining current HR files and databases.- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.- Performing file audits of payroll and reconciliations and recommending any correction action.- Completing the termination paperwork.
