Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational HR consulting services to clients or internal departments.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, and succession planning initiatives.
Advise on labor law compliance, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Conduct HR audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
Design and deliver training sessions and workshops on HR topics.
Assist with change management and organizational transformation projects.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and labor laws.
