Managing the sourcing for multiple roles for IT/Non IT domain for ITES, Ecommerce, Sales & Marketing, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Investment, Wholesale & Retail, Banking division.
* Responsible for Domestic as per the client's requirements from different Industries.
* Exposed to different Job Portals like Naukri & Wisdom for Domestic requirements.
* Recruitment through Social Media Hiring experience and using Social channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, (Skype / Wechat /Whatsapp) and other various sources available across the globe.
* Expertise in handling assignments for different industries like IT/ITES , Ecommerce , Banking & Financial Services , Insurance , Telecommunication, Manufacturing ,FMCG, Pharmaceutical to name a few.
* Involved in End to End recruitment and fulfill the client needs by handling complete recruitment process from sourcing quality profiles through internal & personal database, postings, networking, referrals, head hunting, job portals and search portals to referral checks and joining formalities.
