Job Description
- The HR Counselor interacts with the employees of our clients and captures their feedback.
- They use unbiased, nonjudgmental conversation techniques that help in understanding the truth at a granular level.
- This in turn forms the basis for root cause analysis of challenges and designing targeted solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct Exit interviews to understand root cause of attrition
- Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers
- Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
- Document the information captured in the system.
- Flag outliers, create a document of the anomalies captured.
- Escalate all issues to the Team Leads
Qualifications
- B.A./M.A. Psychology or
- M.B.A – HR or
- PGD in HR
Competencies:
- Fluency in Written & Verbal Communication in English
- Oral Fluency in any 1 regional Language.
- Typing – 30 wpm.
- Listening & Probing skills.
- Decision Making skills
- Time Management (12 – 18 interviews)
- Enthusiastic people who can gel in with the vibrant crowd here.
Working conditions
- May be required to work weekends if needed. Comp offs will be provided to those employees who work on weekends.
