- Employee relationship management.
- Employee orientation, development, and training.
- Maintaining the leave Register of employees.
- Maintaining employee attendance.
- Vendor Management.
- Employee orientation and training.
- Preparation of letters like an appointment, increment, experience letter, etc.
- Maintaining database of employees.
- Handling the admin activities.
- End to End Recruitment (If Required).
- Handling Reimbursement.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Performance Appraisal.
- Updating Process Manual as the implementation of the same.
- Conducting an Employee engagement program.
- Handling Employee Grievance.
- Maintain record of Fixed Assets.
- Exit formalities of employees.
