Job Description
Role: HR Executive
Manage the end-to-end hiring documentation and Offer process.
Key Responsibilities
Release offer letters and amendment letters.
Verify candidate documents (Education, Experience, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.).
Check CV and employment details against UAN/EPFO records.
Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV).
Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations.
Generate onboarding links and ensure documentation completion.
FTC-to-FTE conversion
Coordinate with TA, HRBP, Onboarding, BGV vendors, and candidates.
Maintain trackers and reports
Ensure candidates are ready to join before onboarding.
Required Skills
HR Operations / Offer knowledge.
Document verification and compliance management.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, DocuSign preferred).
Strong attention to detail and Excel skills.
Objective
Ensure smooth, compliant, and timely offer release, documentation verification, BGV, medical clearance
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of HR Operations and Documentation processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and HR systems such as SuccessFactors and DocuSign.
