Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Talent Retention strategic planning & implementation.
- Responsible for maintaining employee database.
- Preparing & maintaining recruitment tracker, MIS reports.
- Manage & conduct employee onboarding and off-boarding activities.
- Execution of Performance appraisals process.
- Attendance and Leaves Management.
- Resolve and handle employee conflicts & grievances.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition domain Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Well-versed with excel and basic HR tools.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Additional HR training & startup experience will be a plus.
