- End to End Recruitment for positions across verticals of the company
- Sourcing, Screening and short listing the profiles
- Sourcing the candidates from different portals, database, network
- Educating the candidate about the job profile
- Screening the candidate and fixing an appointment
- Follow up of the candidate until they turns into a joining
- Sourcing the right profile from the job portal and other sources like references, job postings etc.
- Payroll Processing
- Excellent knowledge in Excell
- Kannada speaking must
