Job Description
- Onboarding, Induction & BG Verification - Ensure completion of Onboarding, conducting induction program within one month of joining and ensure closure of all BGC negative cases within one month of joining.
- Performance Appraisal - Collaborated with the development team for automation of Support team's appraisal forms and played the process owner role in successful implementation at organization-wide.
- Facilitation of completing Annual appraisal cycle in collaboration with HR team.
- Conducting PMS Orientation sessions for Support Teams and Delivery Teams.
- Payroll - Facilitation of Payroll process of both business units by collating and sending payroll inputs to the Payroll Team. Handling payroll of contract employees.
- Rewards & Recognition - Created, designed and drove quarterly and annual RnR - Individual and team awards. Programs were created based on the needs of the respective BUs
- Training and Competency Building - Driving the complete Performance Management Process for the respective units, including skill database validation, competency building, and feedback process.
- Driving Internal/External Training programs and analyzing the feedback and provide inputs for competency building.
- Disciplinary Action - Handling issues related to Zero tolerance, absenteeism, disciplinary issues, misconduct, violation of information security and absconding employees
- Employee Engagement - Mentorship Program, One on Ones, Skip level meetings, HR connects, and Leaders connects, Fun Fridays, Team Building Activities, Sports Events.
- Employee Relation - Open House, Mail Communication, Issues and grievances.
- HR Dashboards - Update the Joiners, Birthdays, CSR and other HR initiatives on Intranet
- Exit & Termination
- Retention - Resignation reversals, exit interview, Analyze feedback, and exit data and give strategic inputs to the Business.
- CSR - Organized Donation Drives and collaborated with NGOs and Orphanages, Career Consultation Camps for students etc. Motivate employees for participating in CSR drive
