Job Description

As a HR Executive, you will be expected to:

Be the voice and single point of contact of the function

Be an independent advisor to Business Head

Ideation to implementation of new initiatives through data intuition and discussions

Control Cost through Manpower Budgeting, lower attrition, and enhancing employee productivity

Own organization chart as well as work on succession planning

Own and drive performance review process

Ensure adherence to statutory compliances

Resolve employee escalations within the policy framework

Ensure proper onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs and KPIs
