Job Description

As a HR Executive, you will be expected to:

  • Be the voice and single point of contact of the function
  • Be an independent advisor to Business Head 
  • Ideation to implementation of new initiatives through data intuition and discussions
  • Control Cost through Manpower Budgeting, lower attrition, and enhancing employee productivity
  • Own organization chart as well as work on succession planning
  • Own and drive performance review process
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances
  • Resolve employee escalations within the policy framework
  • Ensure proper onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs and KPIs
