Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties which include but not limited to mailing and filing.
- Answer & attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staff members, taking messages and assembling mailing.
- Maintain inventory of office equipment, stationary and administer, maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
- Attend to all employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
- Skills: Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
