- Minimum 1 -3 years of experience in sales or BPO hiring.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles.
- Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.
- Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.
- Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.
- Must be fluent in English
- Fair experience in using MS Excel.
- Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, etc.
- Screening & shortlisting candidates as per the JD.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organisation benefits.
- Scheduling interviews and pre-offer formalities.
- Coordinating with the candidates until they are on board.
