Payroll Management

Sourcing of candidates

Responsible for end-to-end recruitments.
Handling critical mandates with focus on search, screening & short listing, preliminary interviews & follow up.
Recruiting candidates for Automobile sector & for various technical, non-technical profiles.
To support & meet the manpower requirements for key clients.
Apply extensive sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like Internet sourcing, networking, internal referrals, etc.
Conducting telephonic Interviews of candidates to assess their Knowledge about the job profile.
