Job Description:

•  Looking for a Young and Dynamic Resource preferably Female to handle HR Generalist Role , which includes Recruitment, Payroll, Maintaining Employee Grooming standards, other HR related Activities. 
  

Candidate Description: 

• Gender- any( Female Preferable)
  
• Age group - 20-30.     
  
• Should be fluent in English & Hindi.
  
• Basic command in regional language (Telugu) will be an added advantage.
  

• Should be a graduate or an MBA with HR Specialization.
  

• Responsible for End to End recruitment life cycle across all levels (sourcing, screening, short listing and evaluating the profile).
  
• Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  
• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  
• Arranging and co-coordinating the total Interview Process.
  
• Involved in Recruitment activities like walk in drives, conducting voice call to the candidates.
  
• Coordinating HR related activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
  
• Must have good understanding of the recruitment process and experience in hiring candidates from Job portals , Headhunting and social networking sites.
  
• Involved in employee back-ground verification process, and providing the reports to the management.
  

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities & good presentation skills.
  
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  
• Familiarity with office management procedures
  
• Well versed with MS Office
  
• Experience into background verifications
  
• Must be aggressive, dynamic & result oriented.
