Developing job descriptions,
 Job posting in portals and newspapers
 Screening and selection of resumes from job portals,
 Headhunting, employee referrals,
 Conducting and evaluating written tests
 Coordinating with recruitment agencies
● Training and Development –
 Initial training and induction of new recruits
 Identifying Training needs
 Designing Training Calendar
 Conducting training sessions with internal as well as external trainers,
 Maintaining training records
● Manpower planning
● Responsible for all joining formalities of new employees
● Designed and implemented the performance management system
● Administering payroll, maintaining records and responding to Payroll queries
● Handling employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
● Tracking the employee turnover rate and minimizing the rate of attrition
