- Recruitment, selection & joining formalities.
- Attending compliance audits.
- PF / ESIC Formalities.
- Employees Grievance handling.
- Employee database management.
- Process and close periodic payrolls.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
- Managed the payroll processing of monthly payrolls for over 1000 employees locally and multi-state.
- Resolved payroll-related problems or questions and bank reconciliations for all locations.
- Maintained payroll registers, salary increases, and generated payroll reports.
- Processed new hires, rehires, and transfer of employees, to include employee paperwork and criminal background checks.
- Ensured proper filling and handling of personnel information.
- Candidate without sound knowledge of Excel and hire experienced not eligible
