HR Recruiter/HR Executive:
Job Responsibilities:-
- Understanding the Client's Requirement with detailed study of the JD & Job Specifics
- Performing Appropriate Sourcing Methods
- Sourcing Exact Profiles Vide Referrals, Employment Portals and Internal Database
- Screening the Profiles as per the Mandates
- Interviewing the Candidates through Telephone to Extract Mandatory & Value Additional Details
- Validating the Profiles & Delivering the Profiles through Specific Formats
- Fixing up Telephonic & Face-to-Face Meeting of the Candidates
- Provide Feedback to the Candidates-on their Candidature
- Ensure Joining of Candidates by Proper Follow ups
- Updating Candidate Tracker
- Preparation of MIS Report Operating system : Windows XP,Vista,Windows 7
- Word processor : MS- Word
- Spread Sheet : PowerPoint
- Recruitment Skills
- Punctuality
