Job Location: Lucknow
CTC: Negotiable
Job Description:
· Reviewing resumes & applications
· Conducting interviews
· Maintaining employee’s database
· Preparation of salary statement
· Training new & existing employees
· Conducting various welfare activities
· Drafting, preparing & submitting all relevant HR Letters/Documents/Certificates
· Handling full & final settlement (clearance) of the employees
· Firing staffs & Exit formalities
· Communicating & explaining the organizational policies to the employees
Required Skills:

· Time-management skills
· Good decision-maker
Qualification:
· Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR would be an added advantage)
