- Office Administrator cum HR Executive
- Job Description
Accountabilities
- Administration (60%)
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Guide, train, Develop and monitor administrative/housekeeping staff for smooth functioning.
- Responsible for maintenance of office automation and its consumables.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Processing declaration for dispatch of all parcels. Mail distribution
- Facilitate arrangements and coordination in conferences and meetings like booking of venue and accommodations, delivery of materials and supply, notice to participants and other follow-up activities.
- Support in travel arrangements for all employees, including Sales.
- Employee Engagement planning and execution.
- Processing of PRs for admin related bills and vendor payment
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liasioning with CBRE for housekeeping and office maintenance
- Ensuring Statutory Compliance
- HR (40%)
- Daily job duties and responsibilities of today’s HR assistants include:
- Answering employee questions
- Processing incoming mail
- Creating and distributing documents
- Providing customer service to organization employees
- Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
- HR assistants are involved in a number of areas of human resources, including:
- Recruitment/New Hire Process
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/ PG
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in managing similar role from a reputed Automotive industry
Skill sets:
- A person with very strong self-drive, strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate across different cultures/nations, ability to engage effectively across the organization, high energy, initiative, senior management handling skills and leadership to run the GM and Mumbai office.
