Job Description:

Understanding the client's requirement and Sourcing candidates.
Sourcing CV’s from Job portal, references as per the requirement.
Initial short listing of candidates by taking the preliminary telephonic interview.
Brief the candidates about the organization & Job opportunity.
Scheduling Interviews as per Candidates & Clients convenience.
Regular follow up with Candidates upon closure of the position till the actual joining of the candidates.
Maintaining the database and keeping record of joining status of candidates.
Managing records of all candidates in excel format.
Handling joining formalities.
