Job Description
- We have urgent opening for HR Executive for our own firm at Sakinaka location near by Sakinaka Metro Station.
- Understanding the client's requirement and Sourcing candidates.
- Sourcing CV’s from Job portal, references as per the requirement.
- Initial short listing of candidates by taking the preliminary telephonic interview.
- Brief the candidates about the organization & Job opportunity.
- Scheduling Interviews as per Candidates & Clients convenience.
- Regular follow up with Candidates upon closure of the position till the actual joining of the candidates.
- Maintaining the database and keeping record of joining status of candidates.
- Managing records of all candidates in excel format.
- Handling joining formalities.
