Recruitment – From all possible sources
Payroll management
Entry-Exit formalities
Maintaining the existing employees’ database and probable ones
Railway/Bus/Flight/Hotel Bookings for any employee/management visiting for any official work.
Redressal of grievances of the employees.
Basic training and development of employees from time to time.
Some Admin work for eg. Co-ordination with Vodafone, MTNL, etc.
Creating Presence of “Puretronics” on LinkedIn and other related portals.
As an Internal Auditor – for eg. To check the entries done in registers.
PF and ESIC formalities. Co-ordination with the agent.
Performance monitoring in co-ordination with Top Management
