Responsibilities:-
- Sourcing candidates through Portal, Headhunting, Social Media.
- Screening the candidates through telephonic round and scheduling the interview.
- Coordinating and regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Salary negotiation.
- Maintain day-to-day interview schedule Participate in Campus interview process.
- Documentation Processing for offer release Keep on coordinating with candidate from offer release to Joining stage.
