- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, including conducting audits and managing compliance documentation.
- Reporting: Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, policy updates, and organizational development.
