Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recruiting car driversManage driver attendance and replacement
Day to day reporting of the driver and call to absent drivers
Maintain discipline of the drivers
Collect the attendance and send it to office for raising invoice follow-up for payment from customer
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status and close the positions.
Joining Formalities: Ensuring the completion of Onboarding formalities
Desired Candidate Profile:
Knowledge of Recruitment Process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRMS Portal
