Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the diagnostic sector. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting our workforce. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee queries regarding benefits.
Maintain HR records and ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal regulations.
Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role in the diagnostic or healthcare sector is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS or ERP software is a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
