Job Description

Manage recruitment & onboarding of warehouse staff (blue-collar & staff).

Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and shift/overtime management.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor law).

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.

Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports (manpower, attrition, MIS).

Organize employee welfare, engagement programs, and training sessions.

Coordinate with corporate HR and operations team for smooth warehouse functioning.
