Job Description
Roles
- Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the finance team.
- Ensure timely updating of employee information.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company policies.
- Handle statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable regulations.
Assist in audits and compliance reviews.
Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates.
- Support performance management activities, including appraisals and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and grievances while promoting a positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Handle employee exit formalities, including exit interviews, full-and-final settlement coordination, and documentation.
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR intern and 6 months to 1 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
