Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage hiring, employee records, and day-to-day HR activities. The role involves supporting employees and ensuring smooth office operations.

Recruitment & Hiring:
Post job openings, screen resumes, call candidates, and schedule interviews. -
Employee Onboarding:
Help new employees join the company and complete documentation. -
Attendance & Records:
Maintain employee data, attendance, and leave records. -
Employee Support:
Handle employee queries and solve basic HR issues. -
Payroll Coordination:
Work with accounts team for salary processing. -
Policy Implementation:
Ensure company rules and policies are followed. -
Exit Process:
Manage resignations and full & final settlement.

- HR experience is a plus (0–2 years can apply)
