Job Description: Office Executive/HR Executive

DietOfood, Singhas Enterprise is recruiting for an office executive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the office.

The role includes:

working with high motivational spirit to develop strategies
Coordinate with delivery boys to optimize time and cost for employee and employer satisfaction.

To assist all delivery boys and optimize their running schedule to save the time and cost of the company.
To manage the outsourcing activity. To attend all calls related to business and provide quality feedback to them.

DEFINITION:

The employee will cater all office needs along with managing record books ad balance sheet preparation and assisting and planning the working schedule of the delivery boys with vendor follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Female required
Minimum Qualification –BBA, BCOM, Graduation, 12th pass
Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Tally will be additional advantage
Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To start with all office and administrative work (documentation) in the office.
To coordinate with all suppliers/Vendors and get report for their progress.
To release daily purchase orders for the suppliers and mail them.
To attend all the calls and respond related to business.
To coordinate with delivery boy and effectively plan their running schedule.
To maintain all bills, invoices and records of monetary transactions related to business.
High degree of professionalism and dedication
Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
Managerial and leadership skills

EMPLOYMENT TERMS:

1. Salary – Rs6000 +

2. Transportation Charges – Rs1000 +

3. Health Insurance – Rs200000Lac +

4. Performance Bonus +

5. Life Insurance- Jeevan Nidhi (Sum assured of Rs1000000) after probation

6. Employee working bond applicable of 2 years for availing Points 3-5
