- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment with their staffing goals.
- Provide insights and advice to clients on recruitment trends and strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment and employment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting and updating policies related to staffing and talent management.
- Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and suggest actionable solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in HR, recruitment, and talent management to bring innovative practices to Xcellity Recruit.
