- Designing Job description & job profiles with the help of other departments
- Joining Formalities & Office management
- Preparation of HRIS
- Preparing all Documents (Offer letter, Appointment letter etc)
- Assistant to Executive staff
- Office Administration
- Taking the HR round of Interview and taking the candidate/process further if found suitable
- Handle employee grievances.
- Leave & Attendance Management.
- Arranging fun activities and celebrations
- Minimum one year of experience in recruitment
- Should be MBA/PGDM HR
- Excellent Communication skills
