Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering positive employee relations. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a healthy work environment.
Contribute to the development and execution of performance management systems.
Facilitate performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
Managing the employees’ data of each department
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
