Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR activities. The ideal candidate will have experience handling recruitment and HR compliance in a fast-paced IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESI, and labour welfare schemes.
