Job Description
Manage employee relations-related matters, and any other HR projects and administrative duties as assigned. - Possess effective communication, presentation, analytical and problemsolving skills to work in multi-culturalenvironment. - Manage performance appraisal management, formulation, computation and implementation - Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture. - Design, update and maintain organization policies, while mapping them to industry standards. - Query-handling and first level of resolution related to leaves, transfers, Employee Benefits, Payroll,rewards/recognition, appraisal, promotions, C&B queries etc
